Current systems are not verifiable. They are self-reported. The system that executed the run also reports what the run was. No independent confirmation exists.
Logs do not establish identity. A log is an observation recorded by the same system that produced the behavior. It cannot serve as independent evidence.
Definition
A definition is not a description. A description says what something looked like. A definition says what something was.
